Hello. My name is Jarrod. I am a Southern California native since 1982.
For 12 years prior to LOCAL Bug Guy I was in the after market Automotive industry as a CAD designer and CNC Laser programmer. What drew me to LOCAL Bug Guy was the company’s approach on the idea of pest control. I truly believe we offer a service unlike any in the industry. One we are proud to offer. A service we would pay for ourselves. I’ve been a drummer since I was young and music has always been something I’ve been involved in. I’ve played big venues, clubs, bars, colleges, events, and on television.
Now that I (and my friends) are now older we don’t get together quite as much but we do still make time for the occasional jam. I also love photography, hiking/camping and reading.
My name is Matthew “LEE” Newell, I was born in Oregon and moved to the beautiful then smaller town of Temecula, Ca in 1998.
I have a beautiful daughter and Fiance. My hobbies consist of pretty much anything to do with the outdoors and nature. As well as playing sports like baseball, basketball and many others.
Customer service is something I take great pride in. With over 15 years in the field, I am quite comfortable with any situation thrown my way. I look forward to finding the solution to all your “Pesty” problems.
My name is Eric,
My background is in agriculture. Wether it be equestrian by nature or my time working an 1100 acre farm in New Mexico I have always loved the beauty of nature. To this day I have a garden and spend as much time I can with animals.
My wife and I met in high school and married when we were 20. We are doing everything we can to raise our children to be respectful and intentional. We are very active and spend as much time at the beach as we can.
Murrieta Tech (Including French Valley)
I was born and raised in Southern California and have lived in Murrieta for the last 7 years. I am big fan of motor-sports and have been to every NASCAR race at the speedway in Fontana. For some reason I am able to remember random facts about random things.
I owned my own small business before working at LOCAL Bug Guy. I say this because as a LOCAL Bug Guy I have the freedom to take care of my customers the way I know they need to be taken care of. My customers get to feel like they are working with a small business owner, but since I do not have to worry about dozens of other things I can focus my attention to killing their bugs and making them comfortable in their own house.
Hi my name is Matt Thornton. I have a beautiful wife and a rambunctious daughter. The main thing that initially drew me towards LOCAL Bug Guy was their commitment and interaction with their customers. They truly treat their customers like family. In the workplace this is rare. Most employers will talk a great game about catering to the customer’s needs but when push comes to shove they will take your money and run. This is an amazing company that is ran a little different than most companies.
Prior to working in Temecula I grew up and in San Diego. I enjoy the usual Californian activities such as mountain biking, hiking, polishing rocks with my daughter, attending church, and lifting weights. I am very blessed to be able to work for LOCAL Bug Guy. The stress levels are minuscule to nonexistent, which is the complete opposite of companies I had worked for in the past. This in turn gives me more energy and time to focus on customer needs. I finally feel like I am on the right path. I am excited every morning to get up and see my customers and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
My name is Wayne Hiebert, Jr. I’ve been living in Temecula for over 15 years. In that time I’ve seen this community grow into the awesome place that it is now. I moved here shortly after I served in the United States Marine Corps. I have an awesome wife and four equally awesome children.
I have been working for Local Bug Guy since 2014. Hands down this is the best company I’ve ever worked for. It gives me the freedom to make the correct decisions to better serve my customers. I pride myself on treating every customer as if they were my mother. I look forward to serving my customers to the best of my ability. Treating them like family and friends not just some number on a route.
